Octopus's are aboundant in Alaskan waters, but not quite orange.  My imagination they are happy in our cold waters swishing around and hiding inbetween rocks.
I attach my mosaic art onto an MDF board (Medium-density fiberboard).  I grout to the edge, paint the sides and back.  Signature is on the back and ready to hang.
